1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using RxHustle, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our platform provides software solutions, educational tools (PEP Portal), job listings, and marketplace services for pharmacists. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our services.

2. Description of Service & Disclaimer

RxHustle is an independent provider of professional tools.

• Not the PCN: RxHustle is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or an agent of the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN).
• Study Aid Only: Our PEP study tools and mock questions are designed for supplementary preparation. We do not guarantee a PASS in the official examinations.
• Accuracy: While we strive for 100% accuracy through community reviews, we are not liable for any errors or omissions in the content.

3. Intellectual Property

The RxHustle brand, software code, UI design, and our proprietary database of actively reviewed questions and explanations are the intellectual property of RxHustle.

Prohibition: You may not scrape, copy, reproduce, or redistribute our question bank or software logic for commercial purposes without written consent.

4. Become PRO & Payments

• Access: The PRO upgrade provides extended access to our premium question bank and recalls.
• Fees: All fees paid for PRO access are non-refundable once the premium features have been activated on your account.
• Support: We reserve the right to modify the price of premium features at any time.

5. Marketplace & Job Board Conduct

As we expand into marketplace and job postings:

• User Responsibility: Users are responsible for verifying the legitimacy of job postings and marketplace sellers.
• Integrity: Posting fraudulent jobs, counterfeit products, or misleading scholarship information will lead to an immediate permanent ban.
• Liability: RxHustle is not liable for disputes arising between employers and employees or buyers and sellers found through our platform.

6. User Accounts & Leaderboard

By using the platform, you agree to have your display name and score shown on the global PEP Leaderboard. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google-authenticated account.

7. Termination of Use

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our platform without prior notice for any user who violates these terms, engages in question harvesting, or disrupts the community subgroups.
